Updated Rendering Revealed For Legacy Hotel And Residences At Miami Worldcenter

A new rendering has surfaced of Legacy Hotel & Residences, a 51-story mixed-use building officially underway at 930 Northeast 1st Avenue within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Inc. with interiors by ID & Design International and developed by Royal Palm Companies, the near 1-million-square-foot structure is planned rise 690-feet and include 310 residences and 219 hotel rooms, 37,227 square feet of commercial space, 55,088 square feet of office space, over 140,000 square feet of wellness space, 482 parking spaces and 30 bicycle spaces. Full Site Plan, Diagrams And Additional Renderings Unveiled For Kobi Karp-Designed Legacy Hotel & Residences

Detailed site plans and diagrams have finally been unveiled for Miami Worldcenter’s (MWC) upcoming Legacy Hotel & Residences, a 51-story neo-futuristic mixed-use skyscraper underway at 938 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. Set to rise 681-feet within the Park West neighborhood, the highly anticipated tower is designed by Kobi Karp for Miami-based Royal Palm Companies as part of the 27-acre MWC mega-development. The city’s Urban Development Review Board has received an application for the project requesting approvals for the include site plans. Marissa Neufeld of Greenberg Traurig LLP is listed as the representative for the developer in the application.

Ground-breaking is imminent on the site of the 691-foot-tall Legacy Miami Worldcenter, a 50-story luxury mixed-use skyscraper set to rise at 930 Northwest 1st Avenue within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mega-development in the Parkwest neighborhood of Downtown Miami. Designed by Miami-based architect Kobi Karp and developed by Royal Palm Companies (RPC), the tower is expected to yield 310 condominium units, 220 hotel rooms and over 100,000 square feet of space dedicated to wellness. Legacy Miami Worldcenter Gets Height Increase Approval From The FAA

The Kobi Karp-designed Legacy Miami Worldcenter has recieved an increase in height as per a recent determination by the Federal Aviation Administration. The developer now has permission to build approximately 20-feet higher than the original approval, from 661-feet to 680-feet. When factoring in the elevation of the site, the total height above sea level increases from 671-feet to 691-feet. Addressed as 930 Northeast 1st Avenue, the tower will rise to become the second tallest structure at the mega development behind Paramount Miami Worldcenter. Royal Palm Companies is the developer of the project, where units are 100% sold out.
