Construction Tops Out On Doral City Place 7 Mixed-Use Project At 8450 NW 85th Court In Doral

Coastal Construction has topped off construction on Doral City Place 7, a state-of-the-art commercial and residential complex located at 3450 Northwest 85th Court in the City of Doral. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by One Line Design Studio and developed by Lincoln Property Company, the mixed-use development will consist of 391 apartment units within an eight-story residential tower, complemented by two courtyards, numerous retail spaces, and grand lobbies on the ground levels. The amenities include a pool, gym, cabanas, and sky lounge for residents’ use on the top floor. The building will also feature a parking garage with a connecting bridge to the Doral City Place complex.

Demolition Complete For 32-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 225 S. Garland Avenue In Downtown Orlando

Demolition is now complete at 225 South Garland Avenue, clearing the way for an exciting 32-story mixed-use development in Downtown Orlando. Designed by Baker Barrios and developed by Lincoln Property Company, this structure, named The Edge, will stand tall at 400 feet and encompass 198,000 square feet of office space, 234 residential units, approximately 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail space, an integrated SunRail station, and a 10-story integrated parking garage. The project signifies the replacement of the former 23,273-square-foot The Ballroom at Church Street, which had occupied the site since 1994, and represents the second phase in the ongoing transformation of the Church Street Station superblock. Notably, the demolition process showcased a commendable commitment to sustainability, with most removed elements thoughtfully donated for reuse, highlighting the project’s dedication to elevated recycling practices.

34-Story ‘The Edge’ Mixed-Use Tower Set To Rise Later This Year In Downtown Orlando

Orlando’s urban core is poised to see new large scale developments as Dallas-based real estate developer Lincoln Property Company may soon begin construction on  The Edge, a 34-story mixed-use skyscraper set to rise approximately 400-feet over the Downtown area some time during the fourth quarter of this year. The tower is expected to rise at 225 South Garland Avenue, just north of the developer’s 28-story SunTrust Plaza completed in 2020, replacing the former club/venue replacing the former Ballroom at Church Street Station. Designed by architect Baker Barrios, the project will yield 230 residential units, 200,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of retail.
