Miami Worldcenter Reaches Milestone With The Completion Of Block H

The 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mega project, has reached a new milestone in construction with the completion of Block H, adding to the residential, retail and parking components on the $4 billion mixed-use development reinvigorating the Park West neighborhood of Downtown Miami. Block H is comprised of 50,000 square feet of prime street-level and rooftop retail space, and a 922-space public parking garage fronting Northeast 7th Street, between Northeast 1st and 2nd Avenues. A portion of the structure’s rooftop is also home to a resort-style amenity deck serving Bezel Miami, a recently completed 43-story luxury rental tower developed next door by the Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living. Miami Worldcenter was envisioned and master planned by Miami Worldcenter Associates, a joint venture led by Principal Art Falcone and Managing Partner Nitin Motwani in partnership with CIM Group.

Final Touches Underway For Moinian Group’s 43-Story Bezel At Miami Worldcenter

The final touches are underway at Bezel, a 43-story mixed-use building located within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter Complex in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Stantec and developed by New York City-based Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the  493-foot-tall structure nears completion, addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue and yielding 434 residential units with ground floor commercial space. The project is scheduled to open to residents on December 15th as leasing efforts are well underway.

Construction Continues On Bezel At Miami Worldcenter In Downtown Miami

Construction continues on Bezel at Miami Worldcenter, a 43-story, 434-unit luxury residential tower in Downtown Miami. Designed by Stantec and developed by the Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the 493-foot-tall structure is addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue, standing on the southwest corner of what once was Northeast 7th Street, diagonally across the street from the Freedom Tower at Miami-Dade College.
