On June 23, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences achieved a significant milestone in its construction by completing an impressive foundation pour. Developed by E11EVEN Partners and Property Markets Group, this luxury dual-tower project in Downtown Miami continues to make remarkable progress. Led by general contractor John Moriarty & Associates, the foundation pour was a remarkable feat, made possible by the collaborative efforts of several companies. Fly & Form, Cemex, West Wind, and Florida Concrete Unlimited played pivotal roles in completing the concrete pour. Working in harmony, these companies contributed their expertise and resources to ensure the precise and efficient delivery of concrete, laying a solid foundation for this ambitious development. Over 16 hours, an astounding 6,700 cubic yards of concrete were poured, a testament to the dedication and skill of all involved. Detailed Renderings And Diagrams Emerge For Upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences In Downtown Miami

Detailed renderings and diagrams have been revealed via a new Urban Development Review Board application for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a mixed-use highrise under construction at 20 Northeast 11th Street in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with CHM Structural Engineers, LLC as the structural engineer, and developed between Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners under the PMG – 11th Street Venture LLC, the latest filing indicates the building will rise approximately 697 feet, or 709 feet above mean sea level, and span 63 stories. Plans for the development call for roughly 535,371 square feet of space inclusive of 485,000 square feet of residential space divided between 416 units, 38,860 square feet of commercial and retail space, and 41 parking spaces via a car elevator. The submittal is scheduled to be reviewed on November 16, 2022.

Construction is now underway at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use building set to rise at 20 Northeast 20th Street in Downtown Miami’s Park West District. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and developed between New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners, the edifice is expected to rise 699-feet elevated 10-feet above sea level and yield 375 fully-furnished residences with interiors by AvroKO. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted height approvals for 20 Northeast 11th Street, the site of the upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Park West section of Greater Downtown Miami. Anticipated to rise 709-feet above sea level on the western side of block 18 as per the property appraiser, the interior lots include lot 7 (30 NE 11th St.), 8 and 9, adding up to 18,750 square feet in total floor area. The building is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, and developed by New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group with E11EVEN Partners, led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts and Ken Degori.
