Sterling Bay joins Key International in developing plans for this project, which, under zoning approval by Miami-Dade County, will soar 51 stories in the heart of Miami’s bustling Financial District.

The Calta Group celebrated the foundation pour for their project, Revv Hollywood, on Thursday, January 18—this event marks progress in constructing the 180-unit multifamily apartment building. Designed by Borges Architects + Associates based in Miami, the eight-story building will offer a mix of studios, live-work units, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Notable attendees included Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, City Commissioners Traci L. Callari and Idelma Quintana, and The Calta Group project team. Construgama is the shell contractor and Polimix is supplying concrete.
