New renderings have been unveiled for Gallery Haus, a 23-story luxury residential tower that will introduce 251 multifamily residences at the intersection of the Edge District and Warehouse District in downtown St. Petersburg. Situated just steps from vibrant shops, restaurants, and cultural hubs, the development also enjoys close proximity to the forthcoming $6.5 billion redevelopment of Tropicana Field.
New York-based Kushner Co. has a 5.7-acre site in Broward County under contract from 58 Oak LLC and 4220 N 58th Avenue Partners LLC. There, it hopes to build Hollywood Oaks, an eight-story mixed-use venture.
Three new retail and restaurant concepts are set to open at Miami Worldcenter, the $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development reshaping Downtown Miami. The project’s ownership group has finalized leases with Go Greek Yogurt, HŸP, a sneaker and streetwear retailer, and SkinSpirit, a medical aesthetics clinic and spa. These additions are expected to open by early 2025.
Jacksonville-based Dream Finders Homes has plans for a multi-family housing development in Duval County. Exchange at Cedar Creek will comprise 390 residences divided amongst 21 buildings.
