Bloch Naranja Estates could soon call Miami-Dade County home. Estimated to cost more than $75 million to complete, the residential development could comprise 197 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

The achievement is remarkable as it comes only a year after the development’s groundbreaking, situated in the heart of downtown Boca Raton at 200 Southeast Mizner Boulevard. ALINA Residences is an award-winning residential project designed by renowned architect Peter Stromberg of GarciaStromberg and constructed by Moss Construction, the general contractor.
A four-story hotel is headed to Southwest Florida. HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Inn @ Sitka Street will comprise 36,600-square-feet of new construction, resting on a 4.95-acre build site.
The Federal Aviation Administration is reviewing permits for a 45-story mixed-use building at 101 Southeast 7th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The tower, if approved, is set to be a significant addition to the city’s skyline, rising 574 feet above ground or 580 feet above mean sea level. The project is being developed by Levon Capital and Ozer Neiman, with architectural design by ODA Architecture.
Parkside Memory Care is undergoing construction in Broward County, Florida. The two-story 45,923-square-foot facility will feature 72 private rooms with in-unit bathrooms.
