Milk Stacks apartments has officially broken ground in Orlando, Florida. The three-story residential venture will comprise 27 boutique units on a 1.31-acre lot divided into five parcels.
Miami-based real estate firm, Clara Homes, has broken ground on the first building of Clara Bay Harbor, a rental development designed by S & E Architects, Inc, located at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The six-story midrise will feature 28 well-appointed apartments designed with high-quality finishes, personalized door attendants, and concierge service. The development aims to set a new standard for rental living in Miami, offering convenient on-site amenities and focusing on providing a comfortable, hassle-free home experience. Construction of the first building, led by OHLA, is expected to be completed in 2024.
Oetker Collection is a German-based company with a major goal on the horizon: its first-ever hotel in the United States. Per the Palm Beach Daily News, the Vineta Hotel will redevelop a Chesterfield hotel, offering 41 rooms.
Housing Trust Group and Mount Hermon African Methodist Episcopal Church Inc. broke ground on a new affordable housing community, Mount Hermon Apartments, located at 750 Northwest 4th Street in the Dorsey Riverbend neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Designed by Miami-based REPRTWÄR with interiors by B. Pila Design, the 7-story development will offer units reserved for income-qualifying seniors aged 62 and above whose income falls at or below 25 and 60 percent of the area median income (AMI) with rents ranging from $425 to $1,225 per month. HTG Gomez Construction is the general contractor, and Thomas Engineering is the civil engineer and landscape architect. The project is expected to be completed in late 2024.
After being in business for over 50 years, the Cabana Club is getting an expansion: a 10-story residential tower with 248 units. It’s called “Cutler Bay North Cabana.” Homes range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans.
