Developers hope to move forward with Avery Eau Gallie, a seven-story mixed-use building offering 326 apartments. Florida Today reports that there are one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes available.
New construction permits have been filed for Casa Bella by B&B Italia, a 55-story residential condominium building planned for 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in the northern section of Miami’s downtown corridor, just south of Edgewater. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture from Enzo Enea and developed between real estate developers Related Group and Alta Developers, the 648-foot-tall development will comprise 312 luxury residential units ranging from one to four bedrooms sized between 711 to 2,187 square feet, including select marquee penthouses ranging from 2,605 to 5,890 square feet. Units will feature stunningly-designed interiors by Lissoni New York in collaboration with high-end Italian furniture company B&B Italia. Coastal Construction is listed as the general contractor.
Serena by the Sea is a new residential complex slated for Clearwater, Florida. It’s already sold all of its 80 units. Around 70 percent of the units were bought by out-of-state residents. The units are housed in a seven-story building.
New renderings have been revealed for 6701 Collins Avenue, a two-towered mixed-use development currently in the planning stages and set to become the replacement of the former Deauville Beach Resort in North Beach, Miami Beach. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry of Gehry Partners, LLP and developed by New York’s Related Companies, the development firm behind the $25 billion Hudon Yards complex, the transformative project calls for two similarly designed towers rising as high as 375 feet and comprising a 175-key high-end hotel and a residential component with 150 luxury condominiums. The development gained approval from the Miami Beach City Commission in July, and will now be considered for approval by North Beach residents in the next referendum on November 8, in which Related has asked for zoning changes to increase height and density.
Aventon JAX South is a new residential housing development slated for Jacksonville, Florida. The venture, estimated to cost more than $44 million, could start construction either later this year or early next year.
