Updated Renderings Revealed For 404 NW1 Condominiums In Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale

New York-based INOA Architecture released updated renderings for 404NW1 Condominiums, a 9-story residential building proposed for 404 Northwest 1st Avenue in Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale. Designed alongside locally-based Peacock Architects as the architect of record and developed by Brooklyn-based New Leaf Development, the approximate 128-foot-tall structure is planned to contain 85,505 square feet of space including 25 condominium units, ground floor retail, and a parking garage. Andres Montero Landscape Architecture designed the landscaping surrounding the development, which is located adjacent to Northwest 4th Street, just north of the Downtown corridor.

World-Class Medical Center By UHealth Breaks Ground At SoLé Mia In North Miami

SoLé Mia, the 184-acre master-planned community in North Miami, broke ground on a world-class medical center by UHealth – University of Miami Health System. Once completed, it will be UHealth’s largest outpatient medical facility. UHealth at SoLéMia is a major steppingstone in the 15-year development plan for the site, which is slated to have more than 15residential developments, complemented by lifestyle retail and open space-acreages, including SoLé Mia’s iconic 7-acre lagoon. SoLé Mia is being developed by Oleta Partners, a joint venture between significant developers LeFrak and Turnberry.

Merrimac Ventures Nabs Development Site For 30-Story ArtsPark Lofts In Fort Lauderdale

Merrimac Ventures, one of South Florida’s leading real estate development firms led by brothers Dev and Nitin Motwani, acquired a development assemblage near the Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station to build ArtsPark Lofts, a 30-story mixed-use multifamily and commercial development planned for 407 North Andrews Avenue in Flagler Village. Designed by FSMY Architects & Planners with landscape architecture and civil engineering by KEITH, the project comprises 396,757 square feet of space, including 289 residential units, 1,914 square feet of commercial space, and a 6-story parking garage for 359 vehicles. Merrimac paid $8.5 million for the 0.73-acre site that includes 421, 413, and 407 North Andrews Avenue.
