The Alibi at Lake Lily is slated for Ocoee, Florida. The multi-million-dollar residential venture will offer 410 homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. Per Rebusiness Online, plans call for 24 studios, 156 one-bedroom homes, 186 two-bedroom units, and 44 three-bedroom homes.
Coastal Construction has broken ground on the Arts and Entertainment Residences (AER), a 31-story luxury apartment tower in Downtown Tampa. Designed by Cube3 Architects and developed by American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, the 346-foot-tall high rise will be located at 300 West Tyler Street, across from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, offering immediate access to the city’s cultural institutions while providing scenic city and river views to its residents. There will be 334 residential units available in eleven distinctive studio, one, two and three-bedroom floor plans intentionally and carefully designed to meet the demand of the Downtown Tampa luxury rental market, and a separate structure with 13,688 square feet of ground-level retail space and 514-space parking garage above the shops.

Foundation permits have been issued for 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the site of the upcoming 100-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, the first supertall skyscraper to be developed in Miami. The project’s developers, Property Markets Group, Greybrook Realty Partners, S2 Development and Mohari Hospitality, were officially issued permits to begin foundation work on March 23, 2022, and Keller North America Inc. is listed as contractor. The scope of work involves site and soil improvements on the 43,791-square-foot development site with a price tag of $5,165,000. The permits expire on November 19, 2022, meaning ground breaking is likely to occur in the coming months.
ANF Group, Inc., a full-service construction firm providing construction management, general contracting, development, and design-build services, in conjunction with Providence One Partners, a developer and operator of senior living communities, broke ground on May 19 on a new 114,003-square-foot assisted living facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project is located on 3.15 acres on the west side of Palm Avenue, just south of Pines Boulevard at the entrance to the Pembroke Pines City Center.
