La Baia In Bay Harbor Islands Taps Enzo Enea for Landscape Design

Acclaimed international landscape designer Enzo Enea of Enea Landscape Architecture has been tapped to design the tropical gardens of La Baia, an 8-story luxury boutique bay front condominium development slated to rise at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, the 68-unit project is situated on the intracoastal waterway and minutes from the world-renowned South Florida beaches and the Shops at Bal Harbour. Enea is designing a series of spaces including the arrival and private marina access, third level breezeway garden and the roof level amenity terraces.

Aria Reserve South Tower Scheduled For Groundbreaking In Early 2022 With 60% Of Units Pre-Sold In Under 6 Months

Melo Group has reportedly pre-sold 60% of inventory in under 6 months at the first phase of Aria Reserve, a 782-unit luxury residential development comprised of twin 62-story towers planned to be constructed at 700 Northeast 24th Street in Edgewater Miami. A major contribution to the boost in sales has been the recent lift of travel restrictions, as foreign buyers flock over to South Florida’s red-hot real estate market. Strategic Property Partners Announces Commissioned Public Art for Water Street Tampa

As phase 1 of the 56-acre Water Street Tampa development continues to make progress towards completion in Downtown Tampa, developer Strategic Property Partners (SPP) is pleased to announce the expansion of its vibrant public art in the community. Two art installations were commissioned to anchor the neighborhood, bringing in the works of San Francisco-based artist Jim Campbell and London-based art and design firm Jason Bruges Studio. Campbell’s piece is a curved wall structure that produces moving light pictures and will be located in Raybon Plaza adjacent to Thousand & One, while Jason Bruges Studio is bringing a site-specific interactive light installation to the pedestrian skybridge connecting the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street.
