Alta at Health Village is nearing the end of its construction phase. General contractor Wood Partners began work on the project in April 2020. Ideally, it will commence operations in December 2021.
YIMBY spotted a new series of exterior and interior renderings depicting Selene Oceanfront Residences, Kobi Karp’s upcoming two-tower luxury residential development at 151 North Seabreeze Boulevard in Central Beach, Fort Lauderdale. The slender curved glass-clad structures are slated to rise 26-stories each, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, nestled in between Alhambra Street and Sebastian Street on the north and south and North Birch Road to the west. Palm Beach County-based Kolter Urban is developing the 196-unit project, which is expected to break ground this November and projecting to yield sprawling two and three-bedroom for-sale residences, an opulent outdoor amenity deck and a 5300-square-foot oceanfront restaurant venue. At 300-feet above sea level, the pair of towers will become the tallest structures along Fort Lauderdale Beach.
A new mixed-use retail/residential building is coming to Miami, FL. Morningside Place is a three-story building that in total comprises over 51,000 square feet of new construction.
Ground breaking has yet to begin for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story residential and hospitality building anticipated to rise in the Park West neighborhood of Greater Downtown Miami. Located at 20 Northeast 11th Street between North Miami Avenue and Northeast 1st Avenue, the project is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and is being developed by Miami and New York City-based Property Markets Group alongside E11EVEN Partners. Already recognized as one of the fastest selling developments in the past decade for Miami, the tower is planned to rise 698-feet yielding 375 fully-furnished residences, including a Penthouse collection and 2 Presidential suites.
After being in the construction phase since 2019, the Ray has finally ceased construction and commenced operations. The $26.5 million hotel comprises over 220,000 square feet of new construction.
