1.2-Million-Square-Foot ‘Life Time Coral Cables’ Mixed-Use Development Reaches Completion And Opens To The Public

Minnesota-based Developer Nolan Reynolds International (NRI) and health club chain Life Time Fitness have reached completion on Life Time Coral Gables, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project at 237 South Dixie Highway and 225 South Dixie Highway in Coral Gables, Florida. Designed by Gensler, the $500 million development rises 14-stories and sits parallel to train tracks leading up to the nearby Douglas Road Metrorail Station, yielding 495 high-end luxury apartments, an 80,000-square-foot athletic resort, 25,000 square feet of co-working office space and 105,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Detailed Massing Renderings Revealed For Two 848-Foot-Tall Towers At The MiamiCentral Complex

A new batch of detailed-massing and aerial renderings have been revealed for two new towers at the MiamiCentral complex, a 3-million-square-foot mixed-use railroad station development located primarily addressed as 600 Northwest 1st Avenue in the western perimeters of Downtown Miami. The renderings reveal in more detail two nearly identical 848-foot-tall primarily residential skyscrapers spanning 83-stories each, potentially addressed and referred to as One MiamiCentral, featuring designs by Borges + Associates Architects and developed by prominent developer Florida East Coast Industries, the parent company of Brightline.

Gables Residential Applies For 710-Foot-Tall Tower Crane At The Site Of Riverwalk Residences In Fort Lauderdale

An application requesting approvals for the assemblage of a 710-foot-tall tower crane has been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration on August 2, 2021 for 333 North New River Drive East, the development site for the 43-story Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Borges + Associates Architects and being developed by Atlanta-based Gables Residential, the mixed-use building is planned to rise 493-feet and yield approximately 670,000 square feet including 295 luxury residential units, 1,300 square feet of ground floor retail and as many as 340 parking spaces.
