Details Revealed for Shorecrest at 1901 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach

Developer Related Ross recently unveiled renderings for Shorecrest, a residential development in West Palm Beach. Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners, the redesigned construction at 1901 North Flagler Drive features a curvilinear façade with floor-to-ceiling glass and panoramic views of the waterfront. Interiors and amenities are designed by Rottet Studio, and landscape design by DSBoca. Shorecrest will be managed by Related Management. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are exclusively handling sales and marketing. Pricing will range from approximately $1 million to $6 million.

AER Tampa Officially Opens at 300 West Tyler Street in Downtown Tampa’s River Arts District

AER Tampa, a 31-story luxury residential tower in Downtown Tampa, has officially opened. Designed by Cube3 Architects and developed by American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, the project rises prominently in the River Arts District, surrounded by cultural landmarks, including the Tampa Museum of Art, the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, and the Tampa Riverwalk. The tower’s design reflects its cultural surroundings while offering modern amenities and panoramic views of the city and Tampa Bay.

Expansion of the Miramar Beach Resort Approved for 4200 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, FL

St. Petersburg city officials greenlit the expansion of the Miramar Beach Resort on Tuesday. The redevelopment calls for the demolition of two two-story buildings, which will be replaced with a 76-foot-tall tower with 30 rooms. This is a scaled-back plan of the original; in 2021, the developer secured approval for 54 rooms.

Interior Renderings Unveiled for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Miami

Renderings were recently released of the interiors of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. The much-anticipated two-tower development by Swire Properties is being built on the southernmost tip of Brickell Key with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami cityscape. The two towers, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will be connected by a landscaped podium with more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The 66-story South Tower will feature The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while the North Tower will house the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel, along with additional residences for purchase. Construction is progressing at Excel Miami, a 24-story multifamily tower rising at 1550 Northeast Miami Place in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. The project has secured $94.5 million in construction financing, comprising a $68.5 million senior loan from Centennial Bank, facilitated by Jay Brito, and a $26 million subordinate loan originated and agented by an affiliate of Southern Realty Trust Inc. (SRT).

Developer Selects General Contractor for The Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay with Sitework Underway

Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, a 20-story waterfront residential property at 555 Quay Commons in Sarasota’s downtown cultural district. Sitework for the development commenced in April 2024, and deep foundations and site utilities are 90% complete, marking a significant milestone toward the completion of another Kolter Urban development under the Ritz-Carlton brand. Moss Construction most recently worked alongside Kolter Urban to deliver The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota, in 2021.
