“We’ve seen tremendous interest in Solina Bay Harbor from buyers around the world,” said Alyssa Soto Brody, Co-Founder of Powered by DMT. “The development’s blend of exclusivity, modern design, and prime location in Bay Harbor Islands has resonated strongly with local and international buyers looking for a luxury home in South Florida. Designed by CLA+D, Pliskin Architecture (PANYC), and FAB314, Solina Bay Harbor will introduce nine bespoke residences, including two penthouse villas. The two-, three-, and four-bedroom units range in size from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. With only one to two residences per floor, the project ensures privacy and exclusivity, complemented by high-end finishes and a premium appliance package.

Residents will enjoy various amenities, including a pool with a summer kitchen, a fitness center, a serene courtyard, and a meticulously designed lobby. Covered parking will also be available, providing convenience alongside luxury.

“We are thrilled to reach this pivotal moment in the development of Solina Bay Harbor,” said Lee Cohen, CEO of RedHoek+. “The overwhelming interest and sales success so far reflect the demand for high-quality, thoughtfully designed residences in the coveted Bay Harbor neighborhood.”

RedHoek+ has drawn inspiration from the growing synergy between the New York City and Miami markets, leading to its expansion into South Florida. The firm has recognized a shared set of values between the two regions—urban vibrancy, diverse communities, and a focus on cultural preservation. With the success of its first venture in the area, RedHoek+ is poised to launch a second project in Bay Harbor Islands, further cementing its presence in the South Florida luxury market.

Completion of the project is expected by Q4 2025.
