Fort Lauderdale-based Green Mills Group hopes to move forward with Peace Village, a four-story affordable housing development for residents 55-plus. The community would offer 104 apartments aimed at those making 70 percent of the area median income (AMI).
Foundation work progresses on Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story waterfront residential condominium development located at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by locally-based Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect and developed by BGI Companies and Blue Road Group, the 262-foot-tall structure will deliver a collection of 55 residences, including a limited collection of four unique two- and three-story townhomes, each with unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway and private plunge pools.
Related Companies, headed by Stephen M. Ross, and Frisbie Group have partnered with the Family Church to envision a transformative redevelopment project in downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by New York’s Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the project calls for two condominium towers of 28 and 32 stories on the church’s expansive 9.6-acre site at 1101 South Flagler Drive, which is surrounded by a number of significant developments of similar scale along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Construction has topped off on Forté on Flagler, a 25-story residential building at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot and developed by a joint venture between Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures, the approximately 300-foot-tall structure will yield 41 residences in 4-bedroom half-floor configurations and a full-floor six-bedroom penthouse. Facing South Flager Drive to the east and Currie Crescent to the west, with the project’s sales gallery to the north and Related Companies’ South Flagler House site to the south, the building offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
Sales recently launched for Shorecrest, the latest waterfront condominium development by Related Companies in West Palm Beach. Located on North Flagler Drive, Shorecrest overlooks Lake Worth, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. The project team includes exterior design by Roger Ferris + Partners, interior design by Rottet Studio, and landscape design by DS Boca. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling marketing and sales.
