The Federal Aviation Administration has issued building permits to developers Fortune International Group and Château Group for St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, a pair of 62-story ultra-luxury residential towers planned for 18801 Collins Avenue. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by São Paulo-based Anastassiadis and landscaping by EDSA, the towers would yield a combined estimate of 374 residential units and approximately 70,000 square feet of amenities, and would rise along the coveted strip of luxury high rises on Collins Avenue in between the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.

Fortune International Group and Château Group have officially announced the highly-anticipated St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, an oceanfront ultra-luxury residential development comprised of two standalone 62-story towers planned to rise at 18801 Collins Avenue. Two 750-Foot-Tall Towers Are Submitted To The FAA To Rise In Sunny Isles Beach

Earlier this week, applications for a pair of 750-foot-tall structures in Sunny Isles Beach were submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The coordinates listed in the filings match perfectly with 18801 Collins Avenue, a development site spanning well over 200,000 square feet owned by La Playa Beach Associates LLC. The entity was formed in 2014 as a joint venture between Hallandale Beach-based Chateau Group and Miami-based Fortune International Group to redevelop the property into massive mixed-use project. The new filing calls for the construction of two high-rises structurally topping off at 739-feet and 742-feet, or 750-feet above sea level, adding these buildings in to the ranks of the tallest on a waterfront in the United States.
