Fortune International Group and Château Group have broken ground on The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, which will be the tallest residential towers along the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach at 750 feet, positioned along 435 linear feet of pristine beach. Designed by the visionary architecture firm Arquitectonica, the residences boast interiors envisioned by acclaimed São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis of Anastassiadis Arquitetos and landscape design by EDSA, offering the unique opportunity for an elevated lifestyle in one of South Florida’s most sought-after destinations. Coastal Construction will lead the construction of the project. The eagerly anticipated South Tower, the first to be completed, will showcase a collection of 175 luxurious residences.

This is the type of buildings Miami needs downtown, especially across from Kaseya Center.
So much for a seashore tropical paradise.
Sunny isles floods really bad when it rains just a little. Putting any new buildings in the area will tax the ifrastructure sooooo much more. Its insane this was approved by city planners. EVERYONE talks about that, so u have to wonder, who is getting paid off

This is a beautiful progress to our upscale city, negative comments reflect jealousy.
To those posting about the approval process, did you go to the meetings? Did you study the retention requirements and fees they have to pay to upgrade the infrastructure? I’m guessing not. A developer wants to build a place on the water, some conservationists already have one.
