Art House Condo Tower Tops Out at 42 Stories in Downtown St. Petersburg

Kolter Urban has topped off construction on Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story residential tower at 200 Central Ave in Downtown St. Petersburg. With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

$35 Million Financing Secured for JEM Private Residences at 1016 NE 2nd Avenue in Miami Worldcenter

BHI, the U.S. division of Bank Hapoalim and a full-service commercial bank, announced the provision of $35 million in predevelopment financing to Naftali Group for JEM Private Residences, a 67-story mixed-use tower planned for 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Miami, Florida. The over 700-foot-tall development will include 259 condominium units, 530 multifamily rental units, 3,259 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 283,863 square feet dedicated to parking.

General Contractor Selected for Next Phases of Marina Pointe in Tampa Bay’s Westshore Marina District

Coastal Construction has been selected to lead the pre-construction planning for the next phases of Marina Pointe at Westshore Marina District in Tampa Bay. This three-tower waterfront development aims to expand upscale residential options in the area. The second tower is planned to commence construction later this year, adding 151  condos ranging from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet. Prices for these one- to four-bedroom residences will start in the high six figures and go up to several million dollars. Additionally, seven Harbour Homes, each approximately 3,300 square feet, will be part of this phase. Marina Pointe, situated on a private peninsula, is a key feature of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, providing residents with easy access to shopping, dining, green trails, boating, and water sports.
