A permit application for vertical construction has been filed for EDITION Residences, a 56-story bayfront luxury condominium building poised to rise at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and featuring acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge, the striking 649-foot-tall sleek glass tower will house bespoke condominium units and will boast over 800 linear feet of bay frontage, embodying the distinctive quality of design, services, and amenities synonymous with the EDITION brand. TRD BISCAYNE LLC, an affiliate of Two Roads Development, is named the applicant, with Coastal Construction as the general contractor.
Updated renderings have been revealed for HUB Miami, a 41-story mixed-use building at 525 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design with interiors by One Line Design Studio, and developed by a joint venture between The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises, the 523-foot-tall structure will span approximately 727,726 square feet of space, including 306 condominium units, 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space, over 7,000 square feet of retail, and a 6-story parking garage integrated into the podium. NW MIAMI OWNER LLC is listed as the owner of the property and applicant for construction permits, and Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
Pendry Residences Tampa is officially under construction in Hillsborough County. The 39-story hotel/condo will host 220 guest rooms and 207 high-end condos. Our sources indicate that the venture’s expected to open in 2026. The groundbreaking ceremony took place the last week of October.
Coastal Construction has topped off construction on Doral City Place 7, a state-of-the-art commercial and residential complex located at 3450 Northwest 85th Court in the City of Doral. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by One Line Design Studio and developed by Lincoln Property Company, the mixed-use development will consist of 391 apartment units within an eight-story residential tower, complemented by two courtyards, numerous retail spaces, and grand lobbies on the ground levels. The amenities include a pool, gym, cabanas, and sky lounge for residents’ use on the top floor. The building will also feature a parking garage with a connecting bridge to the Doral City Place complex.
