Updated renderings have been revealed for HUB Miami, a 41-story mixed-use building at 525 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design with interiors by One Line Design Studio, and developed by a joint venture between The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises, the 523-foot-tall structure will span approximately 727,726 square feet of space, including 306 condominium units, 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space, over 7,000 square feet of retail, and a 6-story parking garage integrated into the podium. NW MIAMI OWNER LLC is listed as the owner of the property and applicant for construction permits, and Coastal Construction is the general contractor.

Coastal Construction has topped off construction on Doral City Place 7, a state-of-the-art commercial and residential complex located at 3450 Northwest 85th Court in the City of Doral. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by One Line Design Studio and developed by Lincoln Property Company, the mixed-use development will consist of 391 apartment units within an eight-story residential tower, complemented by two courtyards, numerous retail spaces, and grand lobbies on the ground levels. The amenities include a pool, gym, cabanas, and sky lounge for residents’ use on the top floor. The building will also feature a parking garage with a connecting bridge to the Doral City Place complex.

YIMBY stopped by 300 West Tyler Street to check on the construction progress of the 346-foot-tall ‘Aer’ (Arts & Entertainment Residences) in Downtown Tampa, designed by Cube3 Architects and developed by a joint venture between American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons. The 31-story tower, which recently topped out, is located in the heart of the River Arts District, directly across from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, bound by West Tyler Street on the north and west, West Cass Street on the south, and North Macinnes Place on the east. The project will yield 334 residential units, a parking structure lined with 13,802 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 514 parking spaces above it. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
