Pendry Residences Tampa is officially under construction in Hillsborough County. The 39-story hotel/condo will host 220 guest rooms and 207 high-end condos. Our sources indicate that the venture’s expected to open in 2026. The groundbreaking ceremony took place the last week of October.
Residences come outfitted with large private terraces, customized kitchens, and views of the greater Riverwalk area. The project’s website indicates that there are nine floorplans to choose from, with the homes measuring 1,621 square feet to 4,208 square feet each.

Arquitectonica is the architect. Coastal Construction is the general contractor. Two Roads Development and Pendry Hotel and Resorts are the developers. Pendry Residences Tampa will be the latter’s ninth property. At the time of publication, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported that Pendry Residences Tampa had already garnered $230 million in sales.

The venture’s address is 100 N., Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL, 33606, in Hillsborough County. The residences and hotel rooms overlook the Tampa Riverwalk, and the complex itself is directly north of Selmon Expressway.
