Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies recently celebrated the topping-off construction milestone for Nautilus 220, a new luxury mixed-use development with condominium residences in two 24-story towers, waterfront restaurants including SeaHawk Prime by Chef David Burke, retail, and office suites alongside a marina at 220 Lake Shore Drive in Lake Park, Florida. The traditional topping-off ceremony was commemorated at the project site on November 3, 2023, by more than 550 guests, including construction workers, project partners, and elected officials.

During the event, Kast Construction honored the men and women who actively worked to achieve this significant moment of the project. An American flag, a palm tree, and a beam signed by all involved were raised to the top of the building to illustrate their accomplishment. The celebration included a range of festivities, including a catered lunch, a customary raffle, prize giveaways, and musical entertainment to thank the team for their efforts.
