Coastal Construction Group, one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast, has announced the topping-out of the highly anticipated Event Campus at The Concours Club, the exclusive, members-only motorsport and luxury lifestyle resort. The Concours Club is located at One Concours Way within the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, minutes from the heart of Miami.
A traditional topping-out ceremony celebrating the hard work and dedication of all those involved was held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Attendees included Tom C. Murphy, Co-President of Coastal Construction, Trilogy Real Estate Group project team leader Albert Acevedo, Senior Project Manager, and Mike Hammon, Executive Vice President of Development. Coastal Construction shared an image of the topped off structure on Instagram back in December 2023.

The event marked a significant milestone in the construction of a stunning two-story structure within Miami’s world-class driving circuit and resort. Designed by the renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina, with Revuelta Architecture International serving as the architect of record, the Concours Club features a luxurious members’ lounge and restaurant, private Auto Loft garages, world-class dining experiences, unparalleled events and hospitality, and numerous other amenities. Construction of the 16,792-square-foot Event Campus began in 2022 and is slated for completion in 2024.
The Event Campus adds another venue to the Club’s existing settings. It is ideal for private events, corporate team-building, vehicle unveilings, product showcases, testing and performances, and more.

The Event Campus at The Concours Club will be the first and only motorsport-based event campus within minutes of a major metro area. Conceived by the legendary Italian design house Pininfarina, the Event Campus will be bifurcated from The Concours Club’s exclusive member-only areas and feature its separate entrance, paddock, and pit lane.
