Aria Development Group, Largo, and Place Projects have announced the official groundbreaking of 2200 Brickell, a luxury 5-story residential development at 2200 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by the award-winning team at ODA New York, this building will offer 105 condominiums and garden villas. These range from one to four bedrooms and span 1,200 to 2,100 square feet. Ortega Construction Company is the general contractor, with completion slated for 2026.

This agreement is essential for providing services to the building, marking notable progress in this pre-construction phase of the project. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and featuring interiors by Designagency, the development is a joint venture between Aria Development and Merrimac Ventures under the 55 NE 6TH ACQUISITION LLC. The 327-foot-tall structure is set to rise at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, bordered by Northeast 6th Street to the south and train tracks to the north. OneWorld Properties is exclusively managing sales and marketing for the project. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board recommended approval for 600 MWC in July.

Aria Development Group, Largo, and Place Projects have secured $77 million in construction financing for 2200 Brickell, a five-story, 105-unit luxury condominium development at 2200 Brickell Avenue, situated along Brickell’s historic Millionaire’s Row. The construction financing was provided by Bank OZK, represented by King & Spalding. Hunton Andrews Kurth and The Aztec Group represented the developers. 2200 Brickell is slated to break ground in Q4 2023 with Ortega Construction Company as the general contractor.

North Bay Village Unanimously Approves Riviera Horizons’ 26-Story Waterfront Condo Project

North Bay Village has given the green light to Miami-based Riviera Horizons for a 26-story condominium development designed by Revuelta Architecture International. In a unanimous decision, the Village Commission approved the project on a 0.77-acre property at 7938 and 7940 West Drive on September 29. The proposed development is set to feature a collection of 70 luxurious condominiums, each designed as corner units to offer captivating waterfront views. These residences will range from a comfortable 2,000 square feet with two bedrooms to a sprawling 6,850 square feet with four bedrooms. Pompano Beach’s Tallest Building Approved By The FAA To Rise 353 Feet

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued permits for a new condominium tower that is set to become the next tallest building in Pompano Beach. The upcoming building is the already announced 32-story oceanfront Beach Tower, planned for 1380 South Ocean Boulevard, as part of the Ritz Carlton Residences Pompano Beach. This development is a joint venture partnership between Fortune International Group and Oak Capital. With approval to rise 353 feet, it will surpass the current tallest structures, the 334-foot-tall Pompano Beach Club towers, which have held this title since their completion in 1975. The Beach Tower, facing the Atlantic Ocean, will be joined by a smaller 14-story, 88-unit Marina Tower across the street along the Intracoastal Waterway, designed by Arquitectonica.

The mat foundation is now complete for 501First Residences, a 40-story residential tower at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue in the vibrant heart of Downtown Miami, developed by Aria Development Group and AQARAT. The successful execution of this momentous milestone was a collaborative effort involving general contractor Beauchamp Construction, alongside the project’s shell contractor, JGR Construction, concrete contractor, US American Concrete, and concrete materials from Titan America. This tremendous endeavor spanned an impressive 10 hours, commencing on Friday, June 30, at midnight. A continuous rotation of 170 cement trucks meticulously laid an astounding 1,700 cubic yards of concrete, signifying an exhilarating advancement in the construction progress.
