Additional Renderings And Schematics Revealed For 501 First Residences In UDRB Application

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of  their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.

Enter Una Residences; a 613-foot-tall, 47-story luxury condo tower set to rise on a 47,248 -square-foot plot of land and 150-feet of frontage along Miami’s Biscayne Bay. Aria Development Group has unveiled plans and renderings for their upcoming 40-story tower officially named 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot with frontage along NE. 1st Ave. facing west, and NE. 5th St. facing south. The tower is expected to yield 448 fully furnished luxury residential units.

Aston Martin Residences Continues Ascent In To Downtown Miami’s Skyline

Construction continues to make progress on Aston Martin Residences, a 816-foot-tall, 66-story luxury residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, and rising on the northern mouth of the Miami River, the building is designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados and Revuelta Architecture International, and developed by G&G Business Developments in collaboration with Aston Martin. The development will yield 391 residential units, and is on track to soon become the city’s second tallest building.

830 Brickell Plaza Approaches The Half-Way Mark In Miami’s Financial District

Construction is now approaching the half-way mark at 830 Brickell Plaza, a 57-story office tower in the Brickell neighborhood, Miami’s Financial District bordering Downtown and Riverside. Adjacent to the Eight Street light rail station, the 724-foot-tall skyscraper is designed by renown architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and developed by OKO Group.
