Developers Acquire Last Miami Worldcenter Development Site For 600+ Unit Condo Project

A joint venture between Miami-based Aria Development Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Merrimac Ventures has acquired the last remaining parcels of land at the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mixed-use district in Downtown Miami. The 34,800-square-foot assemblage includes a 24,000-square-foot site at 33, 45, and 55 Northwest 6th Street known as The Miami Link, acquired from I L A Employers Welfare Fund SE FL Ports Inc. (International Longshoremen’s Association) for $11 million, and a 10,800-square-foot-site at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, acquired from Miami SPE LLC for $6.5 million, bringing the total acquisition cost to $17.5 million. The developers are planning a residential condominium tower with over 600 units across as many as 32 floors. Revuelta Architecture International is the design architect, and The Design Agency is handing interior design.

Developers Fortune International Group and Oak Capital are pleased to announce the groundbreaking of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interior and landscape design by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni, the property will set a new standard for full-service, resort-style living in the tri-county area, offering a collection of 205 residences across a landmark dual-tower setting. The Residences are slated for completion in 2025 and are currently over 75 percent sold. Moss Construction is the general contractor.

Empira Group Acquires Rare Development Site Near Brickell With Plans For An 85-Unit Multifamily Project

Switzerland-based real estate investment firm Empira Group acquired a rare 0.53-acre development site west of Brickell that consists of two vacant aged apartment buildings at 3025 and 3051 Southwest 3rd Avenue. The developer has plans to build an 8-story mid-rise multifamily project in “The Roads” neighborhood to satisfy the area’s rising demand for housing fueled by businesses relocating to Miami’s urban core. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, CoralGrove is planned to yield 85 residential units in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and 900 square feet of ground floor retail. Empira closed on the acquisition of the sites on August 29th,  aiming to break ground in the second half of 2023 and deliver the project in 2025.
