501 First Miami is a luxury, high-rise tower unfolding in Miami-Dade County. Although construction hasn’t started yet, the project’s gaining a lot of traction, with developers having submitted building permits for approval earlier this month.
Miami Residential notes that if everything goes according to plan, the 40-story building will offer 448 residences. The homes will comprise studios to two-bedroom units. Homes start at around $410,000, although this could change with time. 501 First Miami’s homes measure around 400 square feet to just over 1,000 square feet each.
The fully-furnished residences come with floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets, designer bathroom fixtures, and other high-end accommodations. There are more than 20,000 square feet of amenities. Communal amenities comprise a rooftop resort-style pool, pet lounge, bicycle storage area, and more.
Sources report that 501 First Miami will cost more than $68 million to complete, and it will comprise more than 420,000 square feet of new construction. Aria Development Group is the developer. Revuelta Architecture International is the architect. Conceptual renderings show a high-rise tower with balconies, outdoor meeting space, and plank wood flooring.
A general contractor doesn’t appear to have been selected yet. 501 First Miami’s address is 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132, in Miami-Dade county.
