Alana Bay Harbor Islands is scheduled for a 2024 completion date. But what is it? Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Caribbean influences, Alana Bay Harbor Islands is a multi-million-dollar residential community slated for Miami-Dade County.
The seven-story residential community will comprise 30 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. Per Miami Residence, the homes measure 1,229 square feet to 1,662 square feet. They start at $761,000 each.
The venture will measure seven stories and offer 30 condos.
Communal amenities include a fitness center, children’s play area, residents’ social room, and rooftop oasis. There’s also an infinity swimming pool. Our sources show that Alta Developers is acting as the developer and general contractor. It could break ground on the community in July 2023.
Revuelta Architecture International is the architect. Its conceptual renderings show a luxury mid-rise building with a glass, art deco facade. The venture also features lush gardens designed by David J. Odishoo, along with high-speed wi-fi in all the common areas.
Communal amenities include an infinity swimming pool.
Bea Interior Design is the interior designer. It designed the venture with “soft natural materials, custom millwork, and finishes that express a one-of-a-kind perspective on island life.”
Alana Bay Harbor Islands’ address is 9901 W Bay Harbor Drive, Harbor Islands, Florida, 33154, in Miami-Dade County. Prior to construction, the developer must demolish a low-rise condo.
