Renderings have been revealed for Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a planned 10-story boutique condominium at 1180 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach, Broward County. Developed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in partnership with industry leaders Related Group and Dezer Development, the project will feature 92 waterfront condominium homes and villas just two miles from Boca Raton and Pompano Beach. This prime location will offer owners unparalleled access to picturesque beaches, golf courses, and pristine natural surroundings. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
The newly released renderings showcase Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach’s design by renowned architect Arquitectonica and Dutch design firm Studio Piet Boon. Staying true to Rosewood’s guiding A Sense of Place™ philosophy, the building resembles a regal yacht, featuring curving terraces, ample natural light, and sprawling exterior spaces. A soft color palette and living flora blend harmoniously throughout the buildings’ walls and garden spaces, fostering an organic and inviting atmosphere. The development is set to include 70 beachfront residences, 22 coastal residences, and 11 private boat slips.

Residences will range from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet, with the option to combine units for larger coastal retreats. The development will also feature six oceanfront and seven coastal penthouses, each offering the privacy and exclusivity of single-family living. In addition, Rosewood Residences will offer extensive resort-style amenities, including a wellness center, private spa and salon, fitness centers, sports courts, and various dining options. Owners will also enjoy an exclusive oceanfront pool, outdoor spa area, direct access to a private stretch of beach, guest suites, a game room, and more.
