Vida Residences to Measure Nine Stories at 410 NE 35th Terrace, Miami, Florida

Vida Residences is slated for a 2024 opening in Miami, Florida. It offers future residents a “cosmopolitan lifestyle with convenient access to [a] variety of experiences.”

The nine-story community will comprise 121 upscale residences, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. Units come with nine-foot-high ceilings, balconies, integrated smart home technology, and rain showers.

The venture will offer 121 residences.

Per Miami Residential, homes measure from 387 square feet to 1,826 square feet each. The same organization reports that there will be 22,000 square feet of communal amenities, including a fitness center, juice and coffee bar, and views of the nearby Biscayne Bay.

The rooftop will also host a bar, restaurant, tranquility pool, cabanas, grilling stations, and a jacuzzi. Urbana Holdings and Urbano Bueno are the developers. They developed the Artmore Hotel and Sheraton Arlington––both out-of-state ventures.

The community could open in 2024.

Kobi Karp is the architect, and Euro Design Group is the interior designer. Miami Residence reports that homes will start at $350,000, with the most expensive homes costing $1.5 million. There are no rental restrictions. Vida Residences’ address is 410 NE 35th Terrace, Miami, Florida, 33137, in Miami-Dade County. The community is directly south of Florida 195 and west of Miami Beach.
