Construction continues to make progress on Aston Martin Residences, a 816-foot-tall, 66-story luxury residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, and rising on the northern mouth of the Miami River, the building is designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados and Revuelta Architecture International, and developed by G&G Business Developments in collaboration with Aston Martin. The development will yield 391 residential units, and is on track to soon become the city’s second tallest building.
Recent photos reveal the significant progress being made on the reinforced concrete superstructure, which just recently completed the 53rd floor. Roughly 80% of the slabs have been poured, measuring approximately between 645 feet – 655 feet into the skyline; although there are about 13 floors to go, at the current height it has already surpassed the majority of the neighboring buildings. Judging from the floor plan diagram on the official building site, the next set back should be forming around the 55th floor, where an infinity pool will be located amongst other lush amenities; the remaining slabs above will be downsized by about half of the full perimeter, and that is where the Penthouse Residences will be built. With Coastal Construction managing the on-going project, topping off could occur in the next few months.
This is perhaps one of the most striking views of the tower, which is just east from the site at the curve of Biscayne Boulevard Way facing west. From this perspective, the slender profile of the superstructure is very apparent; as it ascends, a slight crescent shape forms with the stacked curved outdoor terraces, followed by a massive wall of glass to the north.
Most of the blue protective film on the glass panels have yet to be peeled off.

Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing; units range from $750,000 – $8,800,000 for the River and Panoramic Residences; $14,000,000 – $50,000,000 for the Sky and Penthouse Residences. The units are selling are with much success; approximately 70% of the 391 units have been sold.
The development is being built under Riverwalk East Development LLC, a company owned and operated by G&G Business Developments.
Construction is expected to wrap up some time in 2022; total cost of construction according to the master permit filing is $333,507,475.
