Miramar Self-Storage is coming soon to Broward County, FL. As of April 6, 2021, construction began on the three-story building located at in Miramar. The new building will be located on 2.10 acres of land and will hopefully be done either in quarter four of this year or sometime in 2022.

The unit will be 125,550 square feet in total, 8,123 square feet of build out space. Construction will center around an existing structure, meaning that there will be 112,137 square feet of new construction. Per the site plans online, it will have “1 warehouse/storage.”
Right now, the exact location is not available. However, according to sources online, it will be located in Miramar near the border of Pembroke Pines. Its zip code is 33025.

The project is still in its infancy. Various agencies are bidding on who will oversee and manage the project. In total, the building will cost $10 million to erect––although this may be subject to change once construction is underway. There is no information on how many units will be available for rent. Some will likely be air-conditioned, while others will not have this feature.

It is categorized as a commercial space. It will be near Miramar Mall and Lakeshore at University Park. It is not to be confused with the already-existing Miramar Self Storage-East location.
