Fieldstone Shops of Davie Nears Completion, Located at 1380 South Flamingo Road, Davie, FL, 33325 in Broward

As of 2018, Davie, FL, had an estimated population of 85,533 people. To address the city’s growing population and retail needs, construction began on Fieldstone Shops of Davie three years ago. The project is nearing its completion, and the retail space is expected to cost anywhere from $3 million to $4 million.

Fieldstone Shops of Davie will comprise 10 buildings total, with the largest building being deemed “Unit A.” This space will be about 21,000 square feet and be a separate structure from the other nine units. Each building, including Unit A, will be one story above grade. The lot itself is 3.90 acres.

The nine units are connected in a sort of L-shape. Some of the smaller units will be 1,500 square feet. The largest unit will be 5,500 square feet. In total, the complex itself will be 41,250 square feet. There will be stores, restaurants, and a bank.

There will be a spacious parking lot for guests and employees. The ratio is roughly four parking spots for every 1,000 square feet. The development is located on the corner of SW 14th Street and South Flamingo road.

  1. Bravo to the revised planning….a much nicer place to visit….and stroll….too bad there is no plan for office or residential space above….and, some memorable architecture to go along with the better site plan……I’d be happy to redesign the buildings!
