Una Residences Tops Off At 175 Southeast 25th Road In Brickell, Miami

Construction on Una Residences, Brickell’s first waterfront residential development in over a decade, has reached its full height, topping off at 47 stories. This 579-foot-tall building, designed by the internationally recognized architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record, features 135 spacious condominiums offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline. The ultra-luxury project, developed by OKO Group and Cain International, is located at 175 Southeast 25th Road within the secluded and scenic South Brickell enclave. Civic Construction, in a joint venture with Ant Yapi, serves as the project’s general contractor. Completion is anticipated in early 2025.

The construction milestone at Una Residences coincides with business and wealth migration to South Florida, contributing to robust pre-sales for the tower, which is now nearly sold out. In 2022, the two upper tri-level penthouses at Una sold for $17.75 million each, marking the highest recorded condominium sales in Miami’s Brickell submarket. A limited number of residences are still available, with prices ranging from $4.4 million to $10 million.

Residences range from two to five bedrooms and vary in size from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. The two ultra-exclusive upper tri-level penthouses at Una are approximately 7,089 square feet each, featuring an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space. Each penthouse includes two private pools, a summer kitchen, a sauna, and a steam room.

Amenities will include a private marina, three swimming pools, a children’s splash pad area and playroom, a movie theater, a resort-inspired spa and steam room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and personal training facilities. Onsite dining and additional services further complement the offerings. Additionally, residents will receive exclusive membership to the Grand Bay Club on the beachfront of Miami’s Key Biscayne.

Una Residences forms part of an extensive portfolio by OKO Group and Cain International, featuring a mix of luxury residential and commercial properties across South Florida. This portfolio includes Missoni Baia, a luxury condominium recently completed in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood; 830 Brickell, a class A-plus office tower nearing completion in Miami’s Brickell Financial District; and One River, a luxury multifamily tower currently under construction in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the structural engineer, VSN Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer, and HNGS Consulting Engineers is the MEP engineer. Enea Garden Design is the landscape architect. Morrow Equipment is the tower crane provider and operator. Civic Construction is the general contractor in a joint venture with . Triton Construction is on board as a owner-hired consultant.

  1. How are the engineers able to provide a safe foundation since the structure rests on a very unstable footing?

      I drove past it today. Great location and will be beautiful when completed but Work is going slow. Probably contractor problems

  3. The waterfront should have been kept as a public park, but Florida never does that.

  4. Is Civic Construction no longer the contractor???
