Interior Renderings Unveiled for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Miami

Renderings were recently released of the interiors of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. The much-anticipated two-tower development by Swire Properties is being built on the southernmost tip of Brickell Key with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami cityscape. The two towers, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will be connected by a landscaped podium with more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The 66-story South Tower will feature The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, while the North Tower will house the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel, along with additional residences for purchase. The 850-foot South Tower is the first of the two towers to come to market with 228 two- to five-bedroom residences with interiors envisioned by Tristan Auer. South Tower features a $100 million duplex penthouse that spans 23,000 square feet and can be sold as a single residence or divided into two marquee homes. The duplex penthouse comprises 16,000 square feet of interior space and 7,000 square feet of private outdoor space, including one of Miami’s highest private infinity pools located at the apex of The South Tower. Other highlights include 30-foot-high ceilings in select areas on both floors, a spiral staircase, multiple outdoor areas for dining and entertaining, a sky cabana that can be used as an additional bedroom or guest room, and access to a private garage with space for eight vehicles and private elevator with direct access to the residence.

Other residences in the South Tower include two-bedrooms starting at $4.9 million, three-bedrooms starting at $5.8 million, four-bedrooms starting at $10.5 million, and five-bedrooms starting at $18 million. Each residence has private elevator access, 11-foot ceiling spans, interior space measuring up to 5,800 square feet, and private terraces with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors.

Residential kitchen are finished with custom Italian cabinetry by Molteni&C, Dornbracht fixtures, Gaggenau appliances, and design selections available for customized countertops, backsplashes, and cabinetry finishes. Primary bathrooms have handcrafted stone vanities, marble floors, Dornbracht fixtures, and Duravit soaking tubs and shower heads. Select residences will also include a private sauna.

The North Tower at 426 feet will feature the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel with 121 keys, a signature Spa at Mandarin Oriental, and multiple fine-dining and al fresco restaurants. Additionally, the North Tower will also house an additional 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences that will launch sales later this year. The North Tower residences will feature interiors by designer Laura Gonzalez.

Lifestyle amenities include ten pools with a poolside lounge all serviced by Mandarin Oriental, a hammock forest, numerous gardens, an art walk featuring rotating exhibitions by selected artists, wine cellar, an indoor golf simulator, a game room with billiards, a private screening lounge, and a children’s club and activity center. Dining amenities include fine-dining restaurants within the hotel, a dedicated outdoor dining pavilion for entertaining fitted with a barbecue, a tea pavilion, and a glass-encased experiential private dining room with a complete chef’s kitchen. Mandarin Oriental will curate a collection of wellness offerings such as signature spa treatments, retreats, and fitness programming dedicated to wellness and anti-aging. The property will also feature a forest yoga lawn, a tea garden for relaxation, men’s and women’s saunas and a hammam, a wellness pool deck with private cabanas flanked by cold plunge and hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a multi-use sports court, and a self-service dog grooming spa. Residents will also have access to shared hotel amenities and concierge services at the adjacent Mandarin Oriental Hotel with more information to be announced.
