Permits have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration for Edge House Miami, a 55-story tower planned at 1825 Northeast 4th Avenue in Edgewater, Miami. The June 6 filing indicates the tower will rise 637 feet above ground, or 641 feet above sea level. This development, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and developed by Peru-based Grupo T&C, will be a significant new addition to Miami’s skyline.
Edge House Miami will offer 55 stories of luxury condominium units designed for home-sharing, with fully finished and furnished residences featuring interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. The units will range in size from 375 to 1,242 square feet and include studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom options. Features include nine-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private outdoor terraces in select residences.
The tower showcases a modern architectural design with a gently concaved superstructure accented by prominent horizontal lines. The base is visually striking, clad in vertically oriented gold metallic elements, contrasting with the glass façade dominating the upper floors. The tower features a nuanced, wave-like motif that echoes the city’s maritime heritage.
The amenities at Edge House Miami are designed to cater to diverse preferences and requirements. Residents can access poolside terraces with lounging areas, active and serene pool options with city skyline views, and versatile lounge spaces. The property will include a kids club, wellness and fitness center with private rooms, a gym, a yoga studio, and co-working spaces with open offices and private meeting rooms. Additional services such as 24/7 valet, reception and concierge, and a lobby lounge with a bar and gourmet coffee will enhance the living experience. Verdant landscape architecture by Witkin Hults & Partners includes a wraparound garden and an exclusive outdoor park with a dedicated dog area.
Edge House Miami’s prime location places residents within easy reach of key Miami attractions, including Margaret Pace Park, the Venetian Causeway, and the Arts & Entertainment District. Midtown and Downtown offer a variety of dining, shopping, and leisure activities, while a drive across Biscayne Bay connects residents to Miami Beach.
