Related Companies held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 17 for South Flagler House, an unparalleled luxury residential development in the Palm Beaches. The development features exquisite design by the renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), interiors by the acclaimed firm Pembrooke & Ives, and spectacular waterfront views. Located along the Gold Coast in West Palm Beach at 1355 South Flagler Drive, South Flagler House marks Related Companies’ first luxury residential condominium in Florida. The project continues Related Companies’ longstanding partnership with RAMSA, spanning over two decades and encompassing 17 buildings nationwide.

Related Companies’ groundbreaking follows the firm’s acquisition of the development site in August 2023, with sales launching shortly thereafter in November. RAMSA’s architectural design showcases two 28-story towers rising from a base adorned with stepped gardens. South Flagler House’s elegant design harmonizes with Palm Beach’s timeless character. It capitalizes on its prime waterfront location in West Palm Beach, providing permanent unobstructed views of the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
