125-Unit Roche Bobois Residences Planned for 344 4th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL

Clearwater-based Valor Capital is moving forward with a 25-story ultra-luxury tower in downtown St. Petersburg. Dubbed “Roche Bobois Residences,” the condo will comprise 152 upscale units.

Per St. Pete Rising, floors five through 24 will host the residential component, offering studio to three-bedroom homes. Our sources indicate that 45.6 percent of the 125 units (57) will measure at or above 750 feet. The remaining 95 condos will be at or below that same amount.

The venture will offer high-end residences beginning on the tower’s fifth floor.

Plans also call for penthouses, 4,893 square feet of commercial space, and 130 parking spots. Communal amenities include a rooftop amenity decked named “the Sky Lounge,” which doubles as a bar.

Roche Bobois Residences will rest on a build site measuring .5 acres. Currently, it’s home to three buildings—two of which were constructed in the 1920s, acording to the St. Pete Catalyst. They have not been designated as being historically significant, so they will be demolished to make way for the high-rise tower.

The tower will occupy a .5-acre site.

Construction could start on Roche Bobois Residences in 2025. Gomez Vazquez is the architect. Conceptual renderings show that the 325-foot tower will rest on a multi-story podium that will feature both retail space and the residential lobby.

The 25-story community could soon unfold at 344 4th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL, 33701, in Pinellas County.
