BendinRoad Development and Landings Real Estate Group are moving forward with a residential building in St. Petersburg. The pair recently secured approval for a 13-story tower, which would offer a combined 120 units—60 apartments and 60 short-term rentals.
St. Petersburg city officials greenlit the expansion of the Miramar Beach Resort on Tuesday. The redevelopment calls for the demolition of two two-story buildings, which will be replaced with a 76-foot-tall tower with 30 rooms. This is a scaled-back plan of the original; in 2021, the developer secured approval for 54 rooms.
Convivial St. Petersburg has yet to break ground, but upon completion, it’ll offer homes for both independent seniors and those in need of assisted living services.
A one-acre site in St. Petersburg will soon be developed into townhomes. Blanc will comprise 24 residences, measuring 2,200 square feet each and featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
HP Capital Group has plans to demolish industrial buildings on a newly acquired seven-acre property and in its place build an affordable housing development. Fairfield Apartments will offer 264 affordable housing units.
