NJR Investment and Development Company has changed its plans for Claridge Lane Townhomes, which is now known as “Aerie on 3rd.” Previously, Claridge Lane Townhomes was to offer 15 three-bedroom townhomes, starting in the low $1,000,000s.
Dunedin’s city commission is scheduled to hear a proposal for a mixed-use project on April 4th and May 2nd. The project already received approval from the city’s Local Planning Agency.

Johnson Development Associates has broken ground on the Sora Vista Apartments, a residential development in Palm Harbor. The garden-style community will offer 264 residences, measuring 800 t0 1,400 square feet each.
