Riverside Wharf Breaks Ground At 114 Southwest North River Drive In Downtown Miami

Riverside Wharf breaks ground today in Downtown Miami. Developed by MV Real Estate Holdings (MVREH) and Driftwood Capital, in partnership with Merrimac Ventures, the $350 million hospitality-driven complex will rise along the Miami River with two towers designed by Jon Cardello of CUBE 3 Architects. Gensler is completing the construction documents and interiors are by ICRAVE. Moss Construction is the general contractor, and completion is slated for Fall 2028.

$2 Billion Redevelopment Announced For Former Orlando Sentinel Site At 633 North Orange Avenue, Led By Midtown Development And Heatherwick Studio

A major redevelopment has been announced for the former Orlando Sentinel property at 633 North Orange Avenue. The plan was unveiled during the December 2 State of Downtown event and outlines a $2 billion investment by Miami-based Midtown Development in partnership with London’s Heatherwick Studio. The more than 20 acre site is bounded by North Orange Avenue to the west, North Magnolia Avenue to the east, Colonial Drive to the north, and East Amelia Street to the south, and is bisected by Concord Street.
