Partners Group has announced plans for B Residences Miami, a planned 70-story Breitling-branded residential tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Empira Group, which was acquired by Partners Group in 2025, the project is expected to yield more than 300 condominium residences on a development site spanning more than one acre. Partners Group plans to invest approximately $220 million in the development, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2028 and completion targeted for 2031.
Construction is set to start on a high-rise mixed-use development in St. Petersburg following years of delays. In 2023, Chicago-based Focus purchased the project’s now-vacant 0.92-acre corner lot for $20.23 million.
A new design has been unveiled for a planned 17-story mixed-use high-rise development at 924 and 934 North Magnolia Avenue in Downtown Orlando’s North Quarter District. Developed by Acram Group and designed by Baker Barrios, the proposal would replace two three-story office buildings constructed in 1972 with a 350-unit residential development featuring approximately 3,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, an integrated 8.5-level parking garage with 510 spaces, and 13,000 square feet of resident lobby and amenity space. The redesigned plans were recently presented to the City of Orlando’s Appearance Review Board for a courtesy review
Woodfield Development has secured construction financing for Sarasota Square Apartments, a 355-unit multifamily development at 8201 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. The project represents the next phase in the redevelopment of the former Sarasota Square mall, a nearly 100-acre mixed-use master plan led by Torburn Partners. Construction is expected to begin this summer following a groundbreaking anticipated in the coming weeks. PNC Bank provided financing for the residential development.
