Construction has commenced on 14 ROC, a 31-story residential tower at 125 NE 14th Street in Downtown Miami. Developed by 14th Street Miami Investments, LLC, and affiliate of Russell Galbut’s GFO Investments, in partnership with Cervera Real Estate, the project will yield 283 condominium residences and is designed by RSP Architects, with interiors by March and White Design and landscape architecture by Urban Robot Associates. The development is currently reported to be approximately 50 percent sold ahead of vertical construction. Seawood Builders is the general contractor.

Construction has commenced on the second phase of Perrine Village – less than a year after sitework started on the venture’s first phase. Upon completion, the affordable housing development will feature 718 residential units.
Construction is now underway on Alton Delray, a 386-unit apartment community from Kolter Multifamily, an affiliate of The Kolter Group, at 2101 S. Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida, following the closing of a $92 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital.
