Miami-based Related Group has started construction on a multi-million-dollar luxury endeavor in Jacksonville. Before sitework commenced, the project had been in the works for nearly six years, with the estimated cost of construction rounding out to more than $150 million.
Related Group has broken ground on Manor Riverwalk, a 24-story multifamily tower at 101 S. Parker Street along the west bank of the Hillsborough River in Downtown Tampa. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by ID & Design International, the development will yield 369 rental residences, approximately 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, an 805-space parking garage, and a 23,000-square-foot elevated amenity deck. The project marks the first phase of a larger riverfront master plan that Related Group has planned for the site.
Construction has started on a low-rise multifamily development in North Miami – two years after the project was initially proposed.
Orlando’s Municipal Planning Board voted 6-1 to approve a Planned Development amendment for a proposed 37-story mixed-use tower at 170 East Washington Street in Downtown Orlando. The 425-foot-tall development is designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and would rise on a 0.63-acre site across from Lake Eola Park. Plans call for 252 branded residential units, a 221-room luxury hotel, a three-story signature restaurant, and structured parking.
Penthouse A at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach, a 27-story waterfront condominium tower under construction at 1717 N. Flagler Drive, has entered contract after being listed for $16.95 million, establishing a new record for the highest-priced condominium sale ever recorded on North Flagler Drive by both total sales price and price per square foot. The tower is being developed by Related Group and BH Group and is currently under construction along the city’s growing waterfront residential corridor.
