Developer Sunbeam Properties is moving forward with an ambitious project that plans to bring a “15-minute city” to South Florida. Upon full buildout, Miramar Cove will feature residences, retail, and recreational space on 125 acres.
META Development has completed the land assemblage for Colette Residences, a five-story boutique condominium development planned for 1870 and 1880 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood. The developer also secured an $18.5 million acquisition and development loan from BridgeCity Capital to support the advancement of the 38-residence project, which is being designed by Brazilian firm OSPA.

Developers have secured $126 million in construction financing and commenced construction on Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story condominium building at 2600 Northwest Second Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Designed by CUBE 3 with interiors by BAMO and developed by Property Markets Group and Lndmrk Development, the 250,397-square-foot structure will yield 233 residential units, 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 32,000 square feet of amenity space. John Moriarty & Associates of Florida Inc. is serving as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
New renderings reveal Nobu Residences at 619 Brickell, a planned 75-story residential tower in Miami’s Brickell district and the city’s first Nobu-branded residential development. Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger Suarez and developed by 13th Floor Investments in partnership with Key International, which is also leading sales, the 860-foot-tall tower will rise along Biscayne Bay and yield 296 residences. Nobu Hospitality will oversee the project’s food and beverage programming, including a private residents-only Nobu restaurant, in-residence dining, private chef services, and access to a residents-only private dining room within a new ground-floor Nobu restaurant.
