Viceroy Residences Aventura, a 274-unit branded residential development, has been announced as the first of its kind in Aventura. Developed by Related Group and BH Group in partnership with Viceroy, the project is located at 2999 NE 191st Street and is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by DesignAgency. Sales, exclusively represented by Cervera Real Estate, are set to launch later this month.
