Designed by architect Luis Revuelta, the seven-story development will feature 75,000 square feet of luxury office space, a ground-floor waterfront restaurant, and private boat dockage for tenants—a unique offering for Miami’s office market. The project is located at 9551 E Bay Harbor Drive, across from Bal Harbour Shops. Cushman & Wakefield will oversee leasing efforts for the property.
