A developer is moving forward with a large-scale mixed-use endeavor in Palm Beach County.

Demolition has been completed at 800 2nd Avenue South in Downtown St. Petersburg, clearing a three-acre site for two 31-story apartment towers developed by Echelon and Third Lake Partners. Designed by ARC3 Architecture, the 343-foot-tall development is planned to yield 824 apartments and more than 30,000 square feet of retail space, with a total floor area exceeding 1.7 million square feet.

A non-profit developer has secured funds for an assisted living community in Palm Beach County.

Administrative site plan approval has been granted for an 11-story, 122-foot-tall mixed-use development at 7410 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood. Designed by Urban Robot, the project is being developed by Abraham Bergman in partnership with Charles Hoffman of Opal Realty NY and The Scharf Group, through ownership entity BH Collins LLC. The building would yield 50 rental residences, 8,535 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 25 parking spaces.
