The Related Group has officially broken ground on Andare Residences Design by Pininfarina, a 46-story luxury condominium tower set to rise at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Marking the first high-rise condominium on Las Olas Boulevard in nearly two decades, the project is set to become a prominent addition to the city’s skyline. Rising to over 540 feet, the tower is expected to reach completion in 2027.

Situated on a 0.65-acre site, Andare will offer 163 residences ranging from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet. Most units are priced between $2 million and $5 million, with a 6,000-square-foot penthouse listed at $16 million. More than half of the residences are reportedly under contract, with buyer interest coming from Broward County and major metropolitan markets across the U.S. and abroad.

The residences will feature open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, wraparound balconies with panoramic views of the New River and Atlantic Ocean, Italian cabinetry, high-end appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf, spa-style bathrooms, and integrated smart home systems. The Italian firm Pininfarina is leading the building’s design, with CFE Architects as architect of record and Architectural Alliance Landscaping as landscape architect. Beauchamp Construction Co. is serving as the general contractor.

The architectural design draws inspiration from the area’s maritime heritage, with a distinctive undulating façade meant to evoke the movement of ocean waves. A 36-foot-tall arched entry feature will connect directly to the adjacent Tunnel Top Park, reinforcing the pedestrian experience along Las Olas Boulevard. The building’s ground floor will include a future restaurant within 6,000 square feet of commercial space, recently acquired by a local hospitality group.

Over 35,000 square feet of amenities will span three levels. The 10th floor will house wellness facilities including a fitness center, a pickleball court, a spa with salt, steam, sauna, massage rooms, and hot/cold plunge pools. The 11th floor will include private dining space, a catering kitchen, a sports lounge, executive business suites with conference rooms, and a club lounge with a full-service bar and ocean views. Rooftop amenities include two pools, private cabanas, a hot tub, an expansive sun deck, and food and beverage service.

Located just two miles from Las Olas Beach and adjacent to the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk expansion, Andare offers a prime location at the coastal and urban living intersection. The project provides direct access to the Shops of Las Olas and the surrounding Riverwalk District, placing residents within Fort Lauderdale’s cultural, commercial, and leisure destinations.

Andare Residences by Pininfarina builds on Related Group’s broader efforts to shape Fort Lauderdale’s urban core, following the developer’s $11.25 million site acquisition in 2020. The tower is expected to play a key role in the continued evolution of Las Olas Boulevard as a luxury residential and lifestyle destination.

Pininfarina… Does each unit come with a Ferrari? When will the Corvette, or Cadillac Tower rise, come on domestic car brands, time to get in on the move to luxury housing.

  3. Urban redevelopment is the way to go…. Development of natural areas and farm areas is not…. Good luck. And Ty
